I run a niche, founder-led legal search firm, working quietly and carefully with senior lawyers and the clients who value them. There are no junior consultants behind the scenes, no templated sales process—just me: listening closely, asking better questions and staying curious.
My approach is personal, unhurried and discreet. I work with a limited number of people at any given time, so I can give each search my full attention. Sometimes I help someone make a bold move. Sometimes I challenge the narrative. Sometimes I point someone in a better direction.
