Once we have identified potential candidates, we assess them fully through interview. We also work closely with the Client to arrive at a shortlist of viable candidates. Interviews can be arranged at the client site, our offices or any other location.

Hiring and Follow-Up

We advise and liase between parties regarding the terms of the deal including: reconciliation of compensation structures and, as appropriate, partnership consent. We are proactive and supportive in the transfer period. We are also able to assist where necessary on external and internal publicity.
