Working with individuals

We help individual senior lawyers in their next career move. We work closely and cooperatively with each lawyer to agree a plan of action. This will usually include targeting a shortlist of potential employers; drafting of an anonymous profile and advice on presentation of CV and other related topics, such as business or marketing plans. Once interest has been generated, MLSC will then act as a representative for each individual until the conclusion of the process.
